Higher technical institutes

Description of the intervention

Technology schools that train highly specialized technicians for the strategic sectors of the regional economy: mechanics, mechatronics, engine design, packaging; sustainable mobility and logistics; new technologies; agribusiness; creative industries; tourism and wellness, territory, energy, construction. They are 7 Foundations consisting of schools, training institutions, universities and companies that collaborate in the design and implementation of these initiatives. The courses are alternative to the university but linked to it, they last two years, include classroom and workforce lessons. Held largely by professionals from companies and include a mandatory internship, which can also be done abroad.

Recipients

Young people and adults with a diploma in secondary education.

Objectives

To prepare professional technicians to be able to fit into the productive-economic system, bringing highly specialized and innovative skills to companies.

Training for cinema and show

Description of the intervention

Courses specialized in training for the most requested roles in cinema and live performance sectors.

Recipients

Those interested in both sectors, cinema and live performance/entertainment, and people who intend to specialize in order to pursue a professional career in the field of cinema and entertainment.

Objectives

To raise the skills of those already working in the film industry and in the live entertainment sector. To create new, highly specialized professionalism in growing sectors by attracting investment and creating new and more qualified jobs.

Training on big data for newly graduated individuals

Description of the intervention

A training project on the management of big data in humanities, economic-legal and scientific fields, carried out by a network of accredited training institutions in collaboration with universities and research institutes.

Recipients

Young people who have recently obtained a three-year or a master's degree or a single-cycle degree

Objectives

To provide recent university graduates with key competencies on the management of big data to utilize in finding a job; to introduce highly innovative skills into companies and generate new opportunities to compete on a global scale.
