CLIC - Capture the image, identify the change

CLIC is a visual competition inviting people to tell a story of transformation through images. Citizens, public bodies, companies, associations, schools, universities and informal groups were asked to represent a change linked to skills, whether already experienced or still desired. The initiative aimed to give visibility to the impact of skills on people’s lives and communities, while also raising awareness of the opportunities supported by European Funds in Emilia-Romagna.
